12 Things Worth Mentioning About Bruno Mars' Performance At The Super Bowl 2014 Half Time Show!

By  February 5, 2014

Was it really necessary for Bruno Mars to sing the lyrics, "Gimme your, gimme your, gimme your attention baby" of his song, Treasure?

I didn't think so. And probably neither did the thousands (millions?) who had their undivided attention turned to Bruno's performance at the Super Bowl 2014 Half Time Show.

Remember when Beyonce took the stage at the 2013 Half Time show last year? Of couse you do - it was great and everyone was talking about it the entire week. So check out these 12 reasons below, on why this years Half Time show is just as awesome!

1) The crazy drum solo entrance

2) The super slick gold jackets donned by Bruno and The Hooligans

3) The flawless dance moves

4) Dat split

5) The Hooligans

6) This guy

My god, he was on for about 3 seconds (?) and it was the most painful 3 seconds of the entire show.

7) The added spice from The Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Look at how happy Bruno is to see them

8) ...Despite how bizzare the collaboration is

I can already here the jealous cries of 20-year old RHCP fanboys

9) Anthony Kiedis

Mind you, he is already 51. Just look at him.

10) The synchronised hopping

These guys must be pros at jumpshots.

11) The breath-taking views

.........................Wow, it must be a really great day to be Bruno Mars.

12) And lastly, the fireworks.

Since he isn't the ideal type to perform at such a large-scale show, some say Bruno Mars really has to thank Super Bowl for the exposure that he received. But, really, here's what I think:
