While they might not be continuing their stint on Australia’s very own Soundwave Festival this year, Tonight Alive has pretty much finally come full circle with their What Are You So Scared Of? album cycle after recently completing the Kerrang! Tour in the UK.
To keep their fans’ (both old and new) thirst for constant TA action sated as they head off into the studio to record album number two, the band has officially announced their next single, Breakdown, which will be accompanied by an official music video featuring Good Charlotte’s Benjamin Madden.
Of course, the band is no stranger to collaborations ranging from Blink-182's Mark Hoppus to hilarious cameos during Pierce The Veil's Hold On Till May. However this particular partnership might not come as a surprise for some as there was already word that the GC guitarist was filming with the band in their hometown of Sydney earlier last year. Furthermore, Breakdown isn’t exactly a brand new song but one that has actually been performed live before for those who were privileged enough to hear it first. Will the studio version of the track live up to the sketchy iPhone-sized recording below?
Probably.
Meanwhile you can check out the official announcement by Tonight Alive below! Crikey dingo, them Aussies are pretty damn cussy. Also, someone bring them here and I'll slip an extra shrimp on the barbie for you.
