The Vaccines Talks About Money, Fame and Illegal Music Downloads

By  January 13, 2013

Photobucket

The Vaccines burst into the UK indie rock scene back in 2010 and has gone from being the new act to "being crowned the Best British Rock Band" with the release of their critically acclaimed sophomore effort Come of Age.

Frontman Justin Young, bassist Árni Arnason, guitarist Freddie Cowan and drummer Pete Robertson has certainly come into their own as a band and they are definitely in this for the long haul.

We sat down with Justin and Arni to talk about their secret to scoring success in the music industry and their rise to fame in two short years. They shared some of their favourite memories from 2012, and their two cents on why gigging is one of the best ways make money. Get this, Justin says he is actually okay with people downloading their music illegally! (Gasps!)

Find out what he meant from the video below.
