LittleMonsters.Com - Yay or Nay?

By  July 30, 2012

Last week marked a new chapter for Little Monsters everywhere. Lady Gaga's very own social networking site went on full swing, with nearly a quarter million registered Little Monsters getting mini heart attacks every single time their Queen posts something up.

The site has a very similar interface to Pinterest. It is very user friendly for two reasons. Its neat user profile page allow other users to easily see likes, questions and comments on your page. Fans can also initiate their own chat rooms to talk to other Little Monsters.

But how is this social networking site any different from Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? It is all that and so much more. By so much more, I mean Lady Gaga's very active presence on the site. Over the past week, Lady Gaga has made up for her self proclaimed media blackout by revealing quite a fair bit of information through the site. Personal bits of information too, in fact.

When asked to reveal a secret in a chat room with her fans, Lady Gaga revealed about her well known yet private relationship with Taylor Kinney.

This revelation followed shortly after she posted a very sweet looking picture of her and Taylor Kinney on her very own page.

The revelations did not stop there. Here's a list of things she did on Little Monsters.Com this week:

1. She released the poster for the movie that she'll be starring in, Machete Kills

2. Post pictures of her hanging out with Lindsay Lohan (!!!)

3. Shade Madonna

4. Reveal that the next album will most likely be released by Spring 2013.

So what's the verdict? LittleMonsters.Com is an ABSOLUTE YAY. In a chat with Little Monsters, Lady Gaga shared that this site was her way to thank her fans. While there're plenty of improvements to be done to the site i.e. the unfunny posts:

I'm pretty sure that the site is good enough for the Little Monsters who have always dreamed of getting to connect with Lady Gaga. Especially since the possibility of her being in your self-initiated chat room being rather high at the moment.
